Holding tvs motors futures for last 1year at 400 and lichousing at 620.Shall i keep both holding for medium to long term. Please suggest stop loss as well.

I had bought star ferro on different dates, but I have got strcem in place of star ferro hope 2 to 3 in my deman account, will it qualify for long them capital gain.
