Hi CB,
What is a good time to decide the Stop Loss of an option trade? Is it according to the support levels of the option trade of graph's or is it when the base equity goes below/beyond the previous/next option? Let me give you an example.
I have purchased Reliance CE 1420 @20.20. As per the graphs of CE 1420, the support level seems to be somewhere at 13.75. So when should I sell off my option? When the option price falls below 13.75 or when the base equity goes below 1400?

CB, replies: Hi Kris, best to exit if the stock breaks a support level (equity). ril is a hold. does look strong. can move higher. sl near 1410 (spot)
