Hi CB, HOW RELIABLE IS RSI CALCULATION FOR BUYING OR SELLING A STOCK?
IF RSI OF A STOCK IS 30 OR 35 ,IS IT A SURE SHOT BUY?
I HAVE READ THAT POST OF NSE GUIDE FOR OVERBOUGHT AND OVERSOLD STOCKS.
BUT I WANT TO LEARN THE SURE SHOT CALCULATION FOR A STOCK .
HOW MUCH CAN WE DEPEND ON RSI METHOD?
SHOULD WE LOOK FOR DATA FOR 4 MONTHS IN CHARTS OR LESS THAN IT?
    PLEASE EXPLAIN IN YOUR WORDS.

CB, replies: Hi som, no, dont enter gujarat nre yet.. stocks with rising rsi could be bought in small quantity for short term..there is no sure shot method but chances are that if markets remain positive these will see a good bounce

CB ACCORDING TO MANY EXPERTS THERE IS CORRECTION POSSIBLE IN NEXT WEEK ..WATS UR OPINION....AS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE MARKETS DONT RETAIN HIGH LEVELS AND AFTER REACHING HIGHER LEVELS IT FALLS VERY BADLY....LIKE THE PREVIOUS FALL..SO NOW WE ALREADY HAD 2 POSITIVE WEEK ...NOW IT SEEMS HUGE CORRECTION IS COMING THIS WEEK.....WAT DO U ADVICE

CB, replies: Hi options, technically if we see a close above 5030 we can see 5100 in short term.. support is at 4920. below this we can see 4700.. not sure of a huge correction yet since Dow is continuously making new highs for the year and data from global economies is good. you never know..any bad news and markets could come down quite a bit
