CB if the Volume is Down and OI is UP OR Vice-versa what does it mean please explain am not getting this nowhere so please enlighten it for me would be grateful for that

I bought 100 Nos of FIEM industries during its declining phase for the last couple of weeks.The average price is 920/-.Please advise me whether this is a good buy for another 1-2 year.Can I buy more on declines?
