I have query regarding tax on shares. As per the article if I am selling the stocks after 1 year it is exempt from tax. But suppose if I have bought a share and sold it in profit in 1 year and with the same profit amount if I buy shares again and hold it for 1 year then am i liable to pay the 15% tax.
