CB whats your view on TCS and Tata Steel for monday?

CB Could you please check the Tata steel option chain where 450 call has increasing the Open interest but in 460/470 its been reducing
Now my Question is If they are thinking that it wont go higher than 450 than 460/470 call writers should feel the heaven so why they are reducing their position?
Please do this analysis for me and give your valuable comments
