hi sir i buy bank nifty 18800 ce 1 lot at 74 it went to 40 now it traded at 80 can i hold it sir for 150 or exit at my buy price sir

Market gone below 8000 mark and closes @ 7929. Any chance of recovering in next 3 days for this expiry. I lost all my money, still loosing for many years.
CB, Can you share any advice to me if I need to learn any technical to have the right knowledge to invest to regain my losses?

Sir , I have shorted SBI 255 NOV Put @ 3 , SBI 270 NOV Call @ 1.25 and SBI 275 DEC Call
