फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर के बोर्ड ने डायग्नोस्टिक कारोबार के डीमर्जर को मंजूरी दे दी है। बोर्ड ने लिस्टेड कंपनी में डायग्नोस्टिक कारोबार को डीमर्जर को मंजूरी दी है। फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर की ओर से फोर्टिस मलार को अस्पताल कारोबार के अधिग्रहण के लिए 43 करोड़ रुपये दिए जाएंगे।
एसआरएल का फोर्टिस मलार में विलय करने को मंजूरी दी गई है। फोर्टिस हेल्थ के एसआरएल के साथ पूरे डायग्नोस्टिक कारोबार को डीमर्ज किया जाएगा। डीमर्जर की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद फोर्टिस मलार को नाम बदलकर एसआरएल कर दिया जाएगा। 1 जनवरी 2017 तक डीमर्जर की प्रक्रिया को पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
फोर्टिस मलार, एसआरएल डायग्नोस्टिक्स के शेयरधारकों को 10.8:1 के अनुपात में शेयर जारी करेगा। वहीं फोर्टिस मलार, फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर के शेयरधारकों को 0.98:1 के अनुपात में शेयर जारी करेगा................
