Hi CB,
Need one help - not able to understand the cairn-vedanta merger. It says that the cairn shareholder will get 1 equity share and 4 preference share with coupon 7.5%.
I have 40 shares of Cairn so that will get converted to 40 shares of vedanta. But what will be the price of preference share and what with coupon 7.5%.
Please suggest.
