hi Cb i am holding unitech 85 put @3.3 and suzlon 65 put @3.2 .. wht level should i exit or if markets goes up today should i avg them ?

Good morning.
If my income for a financial year is below income tax level,should i pay short term capital gainwhich I got from share market ?.If yes,when n how to pay it?.
During my short term capital gain calculation,can i deduct net gain from net intraday losses and loss from holding stocks ?.Please advice me.
