your understanding on dividend yield is wrong, dividend will be given to face value of share not market value please make sure before investing.

Hi sir. I am invested in a company and 2 weeks ago i mailed to them asking some doubts about the company and till now they have not replied me. What should i do now ? Can i report this to SEBI and if so how can it be done ?
