this is Emmanuel , Could you please tell me what is an oversold Stock and an Overbought Stock and what are the Advantages and Disadvantages of buying an Oversold Script (Does it imply that there will be potential Multiple Upside or will it continue to go down ) and what about an overbought Stock (Will it continue seeing More Upside or does it imply that it will correct heavily.
CB, replies: Hi Emmanuel, marico is in an uptrend. can test 258 in coming days. natco can test 510. oversold and overbought are only indicators that tell if a stock is overbought or oversold. it does not give any direction for the stock. along with this you also need to look at technicals and take a trade. chances are stocks consolidate for few days before moving higher/ lower

Am holding Natco at 493 and Marico at 252
