sir, all psu banks are down and all at 2 years lows. please give advice which bank should be better at cmp. si i have lossed so much money in 2008. so please give me valuable suggestion for buying. again i decided to enter buying the stocks

I shorted ExideInd @ 126.1 [f/o price].. what would be target or exit @ current level... Is there any ExideInd meeting scheduled by tomorrow if yes what it regards?
