At what level in correction or @CMP may I enter HDFC Bank for 12 months time horizon?

Is the dip in Voltas and Havells a buying opportunity ?
Arvind similarly had a 2 day dip and has come back roaring today . Havels ssems to have stabilised on the 2 nd day of dip while Voltas dip has continued for the third day .
