Hello CB ji !
I bought 1000 shares of Nagarjuna Oil refineries @ 5.75 recently.
One singapore company "Netoil" is going to take over 100% stake of this company share in another group company i.e.Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Ltd.
In such case what will be the acquiring rate ? Market rate or intrinsic value ?
Pl advise to buy more if it is profitable in the short term. Thank U.

I though to better put my PF in front of you. Can you please let me know if I can hold these stocks or need to book loos ?
I am a medium to long term investor. When I see 40-50% gain, I start booking partial profit. But this sharp fall has reverse the picture for the time being so getting confused.
