I have one basic question, why some stocks go up some 5% suddenly even when the last quarter results are bad (or losses). Eg: MIC electronics, Bombay Dyeing. Is this any way related to some good news that will be coming in the future which is known by some people earlier?
CB, replies: Hi Srinivas, yes, if a company is strong fundamentally then a couple of bad results do not change funadmentalls of a company.. TCS is a hold..can add 5% in short term.

Please suggest levels for TCS. It is very silent since some days? Any downward movement coming soon because of weakening dollar CB?

Hi CB/Kartik.. looking at huge position in 4600 put open interest.. I bought 4600 put at last min aroudn 3:27PM today.. if it was good or bad bet that time will tell tomorrow.. but , can you suggest ,if the logic which I applied in buying put, was correct in general?
also pls suggest good links for interpreting PCR.
