Arvind Remedies moved to z group on 28th September and removed from NSE. Is there any chance of recovery of Arvind Remedies again?

Is it advisable to buy now as today HDIL just managed to close below 50 dma .
If market favours is there any possibility HDIL inching to 200 dma at 92.50.
