I saw an announcement in BSE regarding the issue price of Canara Bank fixed at Rs.340/ for the capital infusion by GOI. Is it + ve or -ve for the stock?

1)Will I hold it ? I have 640 PE SEP @20. now its 28.20.
2)Also I have 55 PE SEP @1.10 of Jindal Steel and now its 1.60. Please suggest if I can hold this one too ?
