need a advice from u on income tax notice to me as i am very serious....
as i have holding some stocks that are too much down some stocks that are rising and just tarding a little ,so stt cut from my tarding are very few and it reach to income tax office..as i have no taxable income so i have not filed return during some years.notice comes for 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 for stt cut from tarding in cash delivery.intraday,f & o as i trade a little in these what to do on notice ?? is it need to file retrun with zero income ??

is nifty still looks strong ?? as i have exit 8800ce @ 36 2 days back..shall i buy back again ?? seen 8800 call is only ups adn down and premium down as nifty is rallying up
