GVKPIL HAS BEEN IN THE RANGE 9.10 TO 10 HOLDING ABOVE 150DMA AND BELOW 200DMA. AT WHAT POINT CAN WE EXPECT THE SHARE TO OUTPERFORM?

i got SABERO ORGANICS GUJARAT LTD share last year , after jan 15th 2015 , its not in trading and i ask icicidirect cusmoser care , they are not give proper answer , how i collect my money , that time rate is 174 my buy rate is 198 . what can i do sir , please give some idea and i am waiting for your good answer sir...
