Isnt Nifty looking quite stretched at 8600 after a 660 point rally from 7940 with only small dips in between . Do you think it has in it to go beyond 8700 or is it time to be cautious and even initiate shorts for a dip to 8440 - 8380 if not further below ?

My calculations tell me that BHEL which has gone up from 250 to 288 in just 7 trading sessions should now correct to at least 271 if not further down to 265-268 .
Am I right ?
