Holding ONGC @ 300/- It has touched a new low of 291/ Is it due to any news like divestment etc, apart from crude price?

Your view on Nifty please . Can it climb higher as world markets closed very strong on Friday . And if yes do you think it can break above 8530 this time or will see selling at again around 8520 - 8530 .
