Thanks for the reply ! yes thats what I also feel uneasy about . I too feel a downfall is imminent !
This rally from 8000 to 8450 seems so tired and weak . No one if convinced about this rally and yet it goes on and on . Nifty has taken one month to climb 450 points , something it did in just 7 days the last time ( when it went up from 8280 to 8845 in 9 days )
And one more important observation . Each time in the last 2 failed rallies when RSI went near 70 the rally did not even sustain for ONE DAY after that ! ( 3 rd March & 13 th April ) . And today RSI has come to 70 !!!
All signs are ominous and point to a crash tomorrow . Unless the operators who are holding up the market for the last one month decide to step is yet again and support the market at 8280 .
Lets see .

Hi vkb, its a hold for now. keep sl near 312. if markets remain strong, can test 324
Hi Sanku, if nifty does not manage to trade above 8500 for few min tomorrow, can look to go short with sl near 8530 (Spot). best to avoid banks tomorrow till RBI meet outcome. bharti can test 421
Hi swetha, its facing resistance at 175. once manages to cross it, can move higher.
Hi Prakash, book partial profit for now. can hold rest for short term
Hi vijayashree, its going a bit weak. best to wait for now. dont add more of it yet. technically seems can fall further. fundamentally its a sound bet. hold for 8-12 months if possible.

For example Adani Ent 700 call was Rs 42 two days back and is Rs 2 today . So if you bought it 2 days back at Rs 42000 today you are left with Rs 2000 !!
That is F&O market !
