Have you observed today's rsi indicator ? Why it is in upside ? eventhough market is falling ? Is it the indication of sudden up move ? Plz explain

As suggested, i exited all the 8300 puts at cost yesterday.
Today around 8280, can i buy something like SBI or other fut?
Holding two nifty shorts at 8200?
