Hi Mr CB / Mr Kartik
First they played with Reliance . Took it up from 800 to 940 and then dropped it like a stone to 837 .
Now they are playing with ONGC . THey took it up 10 % in just 2 days . Imagine a heavyweight like ONGC going up 10 % in 2 days ! Wonder how far they will take this one up and then drop it like a stone .
Anyway my warning for the friends of this column not to short the nifty at 8200 has worked well . But even I dint expect a 150 point rally . 80 - 100 is okay but 150 points !! :)
Lets see what level the collapse starts again after the sucker's rally . Whats your take ? Do we ride it till 8420 or 8500 or 8600 ? Whats YOur gut feel ?
CB, replies: Hi AMBI, yes. if manages to trade above 8350 for some time, can move higher. ongc and ril did not participate in entire previous rally. this time around there is positive news flow on these companies and also crude has started to stabilize a bit. lets see how it goes.
