For the past few days There is slow rise in IOC share price. How far will it go? Thanks in advance

2.gail above 390.5 for the target of 400.
3.ubl above 1010 for the target of 1045.
4.tata chemical can i enter @cmp of 444 for the target of 460/480 in week span.
5.wat is ur view on bank of india. bank of baroda, bank nifty and nifty.
6.im holding cipla.
7.jindal steel bought @157.5. can i hold it.

I heard that reliance has given a open offer to pipavav Defenece @66.It is trading at @57. Does it mean that reliance will buy at @66?
Please give ur view .It is a good to buy.
When this open offer will be executed.
