Cb sir, is there any strict procedure to trade in future segment? Every time I enters in future market for intra day and faces HUGE loss. On 27 Jan sort 8 lot ADANI ENTERPRISE @ 574 and yesterday book my loss @ 644 . huge loss . so I want to know what is the procedure to trade in future segment ?

After entering future market I lost entire my capital. Can't recover the money what is the basic game

Good afternoon. I am holding TCS for 3 months,80% of my funds held up. Not able to exit as it's still in loss. Please suggest a few stocks for a short term gain so that I can gain some profit by switching a part from TCS.
