Hi, as u mention if the 14 day RSI of the stock is below 30 the stock is over sold and it is a strong buy zone. but there are many stocks with RSI below 20 as well as below 10 and still not moving up. if the RSI of the stock is below 20 or below 10 what do u suggest? do u suggest to buy those stocks and hold for some time ?
