I am already having Tata Power @ 94 and Andhra Bank @ 102.
Tata Power is now at 81 level and Andhra Bank at 93.
Can I add few Tata Power and Andhra Bank at cmp?

should I add Tata power at cmp or wait for 67-68 level. someone is saying that Tata Power will come down at 67-68 level before going up. What do you think?
