Is it true that Nifty itself is weak ( flat to slight down ) but Bank Nifty is strong .
Again within bank Nifty private banks are ok but PSU banks are strong .
Do you agree ?

Long time ! How r U ?
Tata steel has corrected 50 % of the entire rise from 200 to 580 . Yet no one says its a buy ! At 580 everyone said it is a buy for a target of 630 . At 390 there are no takers !
Any view ?
