Its better to avoid biocon as of now as its looks week technically . . . you can reenter later

Hi CB, Good evening!! My question is on tax saving benefits.
Is it good to invest in ELSS scheme(one time investment/sip) or mutual funds(one time investment/sip). I think ELSS is 3 years lock-in and Mutual funds--5 years.
Please suggest/guide me few stocks/mutual funds for tax saving. Thanks in advance. Your help is highly appreciated.
