and Exideind cash at 176 in 160 Quantity

i am badly trapped in SSLT FUTURE I HABE BOUGHT 10 LOT DEC FUTURE AVG 224 AND CAIRN 6 LOT DEC FUTURE @264, FACING HUGE LOSS, NOW WHAT TO DO ? AND PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO TRADE IN FUTURE SEGMENT

Any idea what is happening to Elder Pharma.. I have 200 qty purchased at 200/-.. My investment is almost half.. :(
Can you also tell me if I can buy ONGC at current levels?
