    What is the short term target for dlf, Tata steel and JP associate .

    Dear CB, i was impressed by your predications about stock market.
    kindly advise on following stocks:

    i purchased following stocks 3 months back approx investment 12 lakhs

    1. LKP Investements i bought huge qty @ 150/- today 103/-
    2. NMDC boughat at 370/- today 303/-
    3. Suzlon bought at 106/- today 66/-
    4. NHPC bought at 35/- today 31/- huge qty.
    5. Titargh wagon bought at 442/- today 290/-

    I am in need of cash, shall i book loss if there is no future for the above stocks in next 1 month?

    pls give practial / realistic / conservative answer for the same based on fundamentals / technical anlysis. Assume nifty may tocuh maxmium 5000 level till november. if goest beyond well & good but u think & tell me.

    CB, replies: Hi venky, thanks.. as of now it seems markets may consolidate near 4500-4600 levels in short term and rally would come in during the end of the year.. they are strong fundamentally. hold onto them for 2-3 months. if you need some cash then exit from Suzlon and NHPC for now

    HI CHIRAG,,,,Torrent Power, promoted by the Rs. 45 billion Torrent Group has announced its unaudited results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2009.

    The company has posted a net profit of Rs 209.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 against Rs 107.51 crore in the year-ago period, a growth of 94.89%.

    Total income has increased by 26.10% to Rs 1459.86 crore from Rs 1157.67 crore, on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.

    On a consolidated basis, the Group’s net profit registered a whopping growth of 95.02% at Rs 209.67 crore during the quarter from Rs 107.51 crore reported in the same quarter of the last fiscal.

    Total income of the Group for the latest quarter increased to Rs 1459.86 crore against 1157.67 crore in a year ago period, up by 26.10%.
