sir ,i m new to option trading?suppose i buy a nifty call of 4800 when the nifty is around 4750 and the premium is 40 ,what would be the premium approximately if it reaches 4800? wat will happen if till expiry it reaches on 4795 ,how much loss i have to bear,will the loss remain same on 4780 and 4795(i mean i will lose the whole premium if it reaches anywhere below 4800), and suppose it crosses 4800 and goes upwards anywhere wat will be profit?consider the approx premium anything for example at the expiry frm ur side ,just to make me understand,and do i have to give the sell order exactly the same way as i used to do in cash market,i mean how to close the trade? suppose u find it little lengthy to explain me all this ,suggest me where to understand these things,some free study material on internet,thanks,plz all of you thr help me to understand all these option trading things.thanks to all of u.

Hi sabir, you can make ur portfolio and check their daily support and resistance levels.

Hi CB, actually my broker says that if u execute power of attorney then there is no need to square off extra debitwhich i told u for torrent.
they say that they will charge 18% interest on the debit amount
now u tell me shall i execute attorney or not?

Hi Nitin, If you buy 4800 call at Rs.40 premium when the Nifty was around 4750, you will get profit on settlement if nity crosses 4840 only. If nifty goes 4900 you will get Rs.3000 profit. If Nifty goes to 5000 you will get another Rs.5000 as profit. If it goes below 4800 you will loose your entire premium amount. In my opinion Options trading is very dangerous. I lost around Rs.55,000/= in the month of Oct'2009.
