SBI bought yesterday at 2621 not moving ! Tata steel bought today at 473 at open also not moving . Your view on both please !

texmo pipes was 150Rs 5 years back but now just Rs 16 can we expect it will back to 100 range in 2-3 years need complete analysis please.
