if a stock react neutral on rising mkt and go down surely when mkt goes down..in such type stocks holding will value less even in strong fundamental should be avoid ???? asking about ALBK..

Hi CB, I have Tata Steel in my portfolio @ 525. The strock dropped too fast for me to realise for stop loss. However, I feel the sock is fundamentally strong and I can invest more to average out my Cost price. Please suggest further course of action.
