Hi V V SUNDARAM, yes, a good correction is pending since long. possibly after Diwali we see some profit booking which takes nifty lower to 7650 levels

hey cb, bought hero crop as closing near last breakout(sep18) 2993 today close 2996
with good volume compare to last high candle(sep18) support taken by trend line.
what's your view my target is 3100 el-2940 what's your view

Since everyone including me is thinking of taking shorts after Diwali, do you think market might not oblige and even go to 8200?? Would then still be lower targets of 7700 be achievable in second half of Nov??

Hi Mr CB
You expect that the " Good correction " that is long expected may come after Diwali . However two new positive factors are now supporting the markets :
1) The Modi government has started aggressively on the reforms path and may spring positive surprises trapping the short sellers .
2 ) The world markets have stabilised after the carnage and are giving rather strong rebounds .
So for a serious downside we need :
1) the world markets should collapse
2) FIIs should sell heavily inspite of positive developments from the govt
While 1 ) above may happen 2 ) is unlikely . So do you seriously think we will go down to 7650 ?
