Sir I bought 100 ybrant digital at 65 , now its around 60 . Sir please tell me where should be the stoploss for this ?

It was around election result time in May that everyone started saying we are in a BULL Market . But if you look at the prices of scrips in May and now it is a different picture :
SBI in May 2835 now 2350
PNB in May 1040 now 870
Tata steel in May 580 now 440
BHEL in May 290 now 190
Sintex in May 105 now 71
Adani Ent in May 580 now 460
Then how can anyone say we are in a Bull Market ?
No matter how much I scratch my head I cant come up with the logic ? can you pl explain ?
