opto circuit day by day going weak and it is in profit but y going weak at 52 week low

Sir can we buy Larsen or reliance or SBI or Bharti Airtel for 2 years . Which 1 of these can double in next 2 years .

I have doubt on following option strategy
Example: if a stock price is 172 (Iam expecting a raising on stock price up to 176)
So,, Buy 170 CE or Sell 170 PE which is the correct one option strtegy
{note:sir strike price is only 160,170,180}
