Hi CB,
Can you please let me know what is the sequence of order getting executed when we place a AMO( After Market Order) order and the respective stock opens in upper circuit. For example, If I place a order for suzlon at upper circuit and the stock also opens for trading at upper circuit, then whose AMO order will be executed first considering that many others have also placed AMO orders at the upper circuit price. Is it for them who have placed the quickest AMO order or the calculation is something different. Just to add AMO orders are also different for different brokers with different timings. Can you please clear my doubt about the sequence order getting executed. Thanks again.

I thought 2580 - 2600 band was the resistance for SBI and it did give an upward breakout with a strong close above 2600 . The resistance mentioned by you " 2600 - 2700 " seems too wide a range .
Are you talking about a short term resistance or a medium term resistance ?
