Dear CB
I am happy that we booked profit in Cipla. But it could have been double in matter of hours. We always have patience in losses but book profits early. Please guide me how to take this crucial decision.
Now I am short in nifty 2lots at 7600. What to do now? Is it OK to take long position near 7900.

My friend has bought nifty PE 7800 aug at 40 today.
Is at a good buy? What do you feel? Is it not going against the trend? Only 10 days left for expiry. Time value of premium will fall very fast now.
I feel that
FOR LAST 5 TRADING DAYS, WE ARE GETTING BULLISH CANDLES. SENTIMENTS ARE BULLISH. STRENGTH IS STRONG. MOMENTUM IS ALSO HIGH AS ALL AVG LINES ARE SLOPING UPWARDS. RSI, MACD STOCHASTIC ARE ALL RISING UP. SO, TECHNICALLY IT IS BULLISH.
BUT AS PER LAW OF AVERAGES, AFTER 5 CONTINUOUS DAYS OF GREEN CANDLE, WE MAY NOW GET A CORRECTION TO THE EXTENT OF 0.5% TO 1% WHAT GOES UP HAS TO COME DOWN.
No price pattern seen yet, but if we get 1 more big white candle, chances are we may get a breakout of neckline of an inverted h&s pattern & then ?????? ............
