Some say, Do not try to predict the market, instead trade them.
Conventional TA based on price patterns on the other hand give price targets based on the price patterns. e.g. in case of breakout in up flag, they say it is equal to the pole height added to the bottom of the flag cloth below the event candle & in case of Inverted H&S, it is equal to the vertical distance from the low of the head to the neckline added to the point at which you get the breakout of neckline. My question is do these targets really work out?
They even give time targets e.g. in case of breakout in up flag, they say it is equal to the no. of candles from the commencement of flag to the breakout candle divided by 3 . I have experienced that these time targets are rarely achieved. What is your experience?
How do you define the price target & time target?

1. Is it possible to find the price target using Ichimoku? If yes, how?
2. Why on nseguide.com website, Chikou Span is not seen when you select Ichimoku indicator? Do I need to change the settings? If yes, how to do it?
3. Why on nseguide.com website, both Bullish & Bearish Kumo Clods are of the same colour instead of say blue & red? Do I need to change the settings? If yes, how to do it?
