JPA likely to take support at around 60 or is it headed for sub- 50 ? Is it better to start buying or better to short at cmp ?

Hi cb sir...I will start option trading from next month. ..
Some questions...
1. Buy call option --Amount blocked = Premium * lot size
2. Sell put option--Amount blocked = Premium * lot size
3. Sell call option--Amount blocked = Price * lot size
4. Buy put option -Amount blocked = Price * lot size
Price in pt. 3 and 4 means =strike price + premium.
