Your view on BANK NIFTY and PSU BANKS like BANK OF INDIA / CANARA BANK . They just keep sliding down like they will never recover . When and at what level can I BUY them ?

while I thank you very much for your reply on my Future and put transaction -Buy of Federal Bank, I am sorry to bother you for the 3rd time for the same transaction. As I am new to the trade I am not able to take decision at the right time. Cost of both the deals is 129.40 July Future at 125.40 and Put at 4.00. What happens that at any given point of time price of both put together has not crossed my collective purchase price where as separately both have touched Rs128.4 and around RS 6 respectively. last time i wrote to you i was sitting at a loss of Rs1 i.e. 4000/- whereas if i settle it tomorrow simultaneously loss would be around RS2 i.e. 8000/ Kindly guide me as to what strategy I should adopt to earn out of the closure and avoid loss completely.

I hope you will oblige.
Also what is your view on Nifty tomorrow?

Kartik, replies: Hi Subhash, GM, it has been seeing some consolidatoin around 120-125 lvls, hold it with the CE with a SL at 120 (if it breaks, exit from CE and hold PE for some more time), if Markets continue to trade strong in the next few days, exit from the PE and hold the CE for some more time
