I was going through a chart issued by IIFL in which they have discussed some stocks which can give more than 100% return in 1 year . Advice me which is the best to enter now ?

Taken 1000 each Kwality Ltd. and Claris Lifesciences. Please suggest whether i have taken the right take or should I move out of these stocks.
