BHEL has fallen to 222 ( 100 EMA ) and also retraced 61.8 % of the rally from 180 to 290 ( election rally )
61.8 % retracement should be a level where buying should start in a bull market . Can we start buying BHEL for a counter-move to 237 levels ?
