Dear Sir,
I have an account with Zerodha. On the day of expiry( 26th-Jun-2014)I Bought nifty jun 2014 7600put option @103.15, qty-800 and couldn't sell it because of exchange fault.when i tried to sell
i got a message from exchange "options sell used limit exeeded the user limit" Rejection reason number-16643.It was an error from the exchange. For that reason I
lost 7923/- RS for STT.{security transaction tax} Since it is an error from exchange {nse} where should I complaint and can I get the reimbursement for the excess amount taken by Nse ?pls help.
