LT Finan. News published-Larsen & Toubro Limited has submitted to the Exchange a copy of announcement with respect to offer for sale through Stock Exchange Mechanism to sell upto 16,551,447 equity shares of L&T Finance Holdings Limited by Larsen & Toubro Limited ( Seller ). The Floor Price for the Sale in terms of the OFS Circular shall be Rs. 74.00 (Rupees Seventy Four) per equity share.
What will impact- price will go up or down-please advise
