Target for mirza intl , rallis India & oil country comming week.....and also Wht s yr view on lloyd electric shortrm.....

Hi Kk,
After recommendations in board meeting (result date)
AGM will be held after some days of BM...
Buy shares just 1 day before AGM of company...record date falls after 3 BUSINESS days of AGM...
(U can buy half of share after 2 or 3 days of board meeting as well...coz price move up due to dividend expectations of shareholders--its profitable)
So if u have shares in ur DEMAT on record date ..u will be eligible for dividend...
And yes dont forget to sell share nxt day after record date...as price always falls on day next to record date.. (atleast upto dividend amount)
