hi cb cranes software is stuck on 43.50 from almost more than an hour..will it move ahead or fall below the current level..i want to sell it 2day and enter again..

CB,I heard that Videocon has taken over HFCL Infotel and the announcement is going to happen on 15-Nov-2009.and also reliance holds 15% of stake in it. How far is this true?
